About Passes
Can I pay by instalment?
Yes! PayPal offers Pay in 3 instalments to eligible users, choose the PayPal option at checkout to see if PayPal will offer this to you.
Pay in 3 is an interest-free loan that lets you split your basket into 3 repayments, with the first due at time of purchase and subsequent repayments due every month on the same date.
Please note that Pay in 3 is a form of credit, so carefully consider whether you can afford the repayments and be aware of the possible impact of missing repayments, including future eligibility for Pay in 3 and making other borrowing more difficult or more expensive.
The checks PayPal runs are with an external credit reference agency. This search will only be visible to you and will not affect your credit score.

Which ticket type do I need?
- Our ticket ages have changed, now anyone aged 17 needs an ‘Under 18’ ticket or pass (these used to be adult tickets)
- If you want to camp you’ll need a ‘Full Festival Pass’
- The "Non-Camping Festival Pass" is the best value if you plan to come every day but not camp over.
- All cars now need a car pass to park.
- Campervan passes are available at an extra cost of £33 (£35 on the door, subject to availability), passes are required for all live-in vehicles and are only eligible with a ticket that includes camping i.e. a “Full Festival Pass”. This is not compatible with a "Non-Camping Festival Pass".
- Day tickets are available and do not include camping, even if you have one for each day.
- We offer a discounted rate with the Sunday Family ticket - Two Adults + Two Under 18s (5-17 years) for the price of only two adults - so two Under-18s go free.
What ages are the tickets for?
Children under 5 are free. Children and young people aged 5-17 need ‘Under 18’ tickets. People aged 18+ need adult tickets.
Can I get a refund on my ticket?
We do not offer refunds (except if the event is cancelled). Once your ticket is purchased, it is non-refundable. However, you have the option to transfer your ticket to someone else, allowing you to sell it to another festival-goer. We may also assist you in finding a buyer through our resales option; details for this will be provided here once it's available. The resales option deadline closes a week before the festival. How will I know if I have a ticket or not?
You will receive a receipt and e-tickets via email.
Will tickets be available on the gate?
Day tickets will possibly be available on the gate but as they often sell out in advance, we advise you to book beforehand to be sure not to miss out.
Do I need to exchange my ticket for a wristband?
Yes you do. When you arrive you will need to present your ticket to the gate staff along with some ID, and we will provide your wristband allowing you access to the festival.
I’m under 18, can I buy a ticket?
Yes, all ages are welcome, if you are under 18 you must be accompanied by an adult. You won’t be able to buy any alcohol or drink onsite but you can have as much new music as you like. If you didn’t get your ticket at the same time as the adult you are coming with, get in touch with us to be able to buy your ticket separately.
Do children under 5 need tickets?
Under 5's are free and do not need a ticket.
Can I exchange my ticket for another day?
Unfortunately, we do not offer ticket exchanges for different days. Once your ticket is purchased, it is valid only for the specified day or duration. Please make sure to choose the correct ticket for the day you plan to attend. In the event of a booking mistake, kindly contact us immediately at hello@smugglersrecords.com.
Opening Times
When does the festival open and close?

- Box office, camping, main festival site, main bar, food traders & all parking opens Thursday at 12pm*
- Accessibility meet & greet, drop off/pick up point available Thursday - Sunday 12pm - 8pm and Monday morning pick up point available between 9am-12pm
- Live music starts 6pm Thursday, 12pm on Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Close
- Live music curfew is Thursday at Midnight, Friday/Saturday at 1am & Sunday at Midnight.
- DJs continue to play until 3am, after which point we quieten and gather round the fires.
- Camping & Parking closes Monday at 12pm

Health & Safety
Can I bring my dog?
Sorry, no dogs allowed. There is one resident dog who enjoys the land to himself, and he will not be roaming around.
We also cannot allow dogs in our off-site quiet camping and parking fields. Please do not bring your dog under any circumstances including if you are in a live-in vehicle. Anyone found with a dog during the festival will be asked to leave and make alternative arrangements for their dog.
Can I BBQ?
Sorry, no fires or BBQs are permitted in the campsites.
What COVID-19 health and safety measures will there be this year?
Hand washing stations will be available throughout the festival site and the car park.
We also ask that people be aware of how close others want to be. Being outside, this is a perfect opportunity for everyone to relax and enjoy being social! Some people may still not feel comfortable hugging or sharing like they usually would, so please keep this in mind, and if in doubt, ask.
On-site Facilities
Is there free water on site?
Yes, there are six water points throughout the festival as well as in the off-site quiet camping /carpark & campervan fields.
Where can I find lost property
Lost property will be taken to the Box office, which will be marked on the festival map.

Can I get cash out at the festival?
Sadly no, so make sure you bring enough to keep you going for the event. We do accept card payments as do our food stalls and some craft stalls.
Is there any lock-up service for valuables?
No. We don’t have this facility, so please don’t tempt fate by leaving valuables on show.
Are there showers on site?
Yes! We've got you covered with two refreshing options. On the main site, you'll find one invigorating hot sunflower shower and another crisp cold shower exclusively for use with the sauna. Please note that these showers are conveniently located on the main site, so if you're camping in the peaceful offsite area, you'll have a short and pleasant stroll to freshen up.
Is there glamping or pre-pitched tents?
No, we don't offer glamping or pre-pitched tents at the festival. Pack your own tents and get ready to create your cozy home away from home amidst the festival vibes!
Can I bring in alcohol, food or drinks?
We want you to feel at home and enjoy the festival to the fullest. You are welcome to bring a reasonable amount of your own alcohol, food, and drink; we ask you to be mindful of the waste generated by what you’re bringing. We’ve got two bars open as late as 3am featuring a wide selection of locally brewed beers (including alcohol-free options), ales, ciders, and organic wines, spirits, cocktails and a selection of soft drinks. And when hunger strikes, explore our diverse, environmentally conscientious food vendors. There’s plenty of vegan and vegetarian options plus some gluten-free options. Cheers to a great time and a positive impact on our community!

What other activities are there at the festival?
The festival is more than just music—it's a treasure trove of specially curated pleasures! Immerse yourself in Nomads Land, nestled inside the elderflower & pine copse, where you'll discover theatre, puppetry, games, spoken word, comedy, and singing workshops—a hub for participation and making unexpected connections. Find serenity in the wellbeing area by the pond, hosting talks, embodiment and movement classes, workshops, and chances to connect with like-minded individuals. Get hands-on in the craft area among the willow trees, where you can learn skills like weaving, blacksmithing, spoon carving, green woodworking, and rope making. Join us for some especially silly games for everyone to take part in, hosted Sunday lunchtime in the main meadow.
For our little festival-goers, the kids' tent offers arts, crafts, storytelling, and games. And don't miss the market stalls featuring a delightful array of jewelry, clothes, artwork, leatherwork, and more. There's a world of experiences waiting for you beyond the music! 🌿🎭🎨
What is there for children to do?
We've created a space just for our little festival-goers—the kids' tent! Here, they can unleash their creativity through arts, crafts, storytelling, and games. The adventure continues in Nomads Land, where activities suitable for all ages unfold against an exciting scene waiting to be explored. Many of our young attendees at Smugglers also embrace the music scene, showcasing excellent skills in crazy dancing and even deep listening.
How can I get involved?

Applying to offer a workshop
If you are getting in contact about running workshops in the craft and wellbeing area the applications for these will be up on our website in late April/ early May.
Applying to perform
Please send as much information as you can about your project to hello@smugglersrecords.com (images, recordings, video’s and links to socials).
Every year we are receiving more applications to perform at the festival, and we love hearing all the wonderful creative things people are up to! However, we may not be able to respond to each individually. Please be assured that we will be in touch in the coming months if we would like to book you to play at the festival.
Applying to trade

Please include: menus, prices, photographs of your set up, size of the pitch you would require, the ethics of your business, and information about products if you are not a food trader. Please note, due to our small size, we have a very limited capacity for non-food traders, and prioritise handmade made, artisan or local products.
